Joga Labs Wins Two Futsal Titles.
Black U10 and Black U13 are Chaos Futsal League champions Keller, TX · Fall 2026
Saturday, October 10, 2026 is now the biggest day in Joga Labs history. Two of our squads played playoff finals at Chaos Sports Performance, and both left the court as champions of the Chaos Indoor Futsal League.
- Two finals, two titles on the same night, in the U10 and U12 divisions.
- The U10s did it in their first season together. This roster had never shared a league schedule before this fall.
- The U13s are mostly rec players. Most of the roster doesn’t play for an outdoor club.
- About nine months passed between the club’s first league game (January 3, 2026) and these two trophies.
The U10s: first season, first trophy
This fall was the first time this group of players wore the same shirt in a league. They spent the season figuring each other out: who wants the ball, who covers, who talks. By the final they played like a team that had been together for years, and they beat Fever United Red 8–4.
“This was our U10s’ first season together, and they’re champions. They learned to play for each other week by week, and you could see it in the final.”Roberto Avey, founder and coach
The U13s: rec players, championship result
Most of the Black U13 roster is made up of recreational players with no outdoor club. Futsal at Joga Labs is their competitive home. They train with us during the week, play league nights at Chaos, and on October 10 they beat Ulete FC 8–5 to win the U12 division.
“Most of our U13 players don’t play club soccer. They’re rec players who show up, put in the work at practice and compete against anyone. Futsal gives kids like them a real path, and they earned this.”Roberto Avey, founder and coach
From one win to two titles
- Winter 2026, our first league season: one win across two teams. Every team we played had years of a head start.
- Spring 1: we sat out to rebuild and train.
- Summer 1: Joga Labs Red finished 3rd of 9.
- Summer 2: Red finished 2nd and played in the championship final.
- Fall 1: Black U10 and Black U13 both won it all.
Why it works
Futsal is five-a-side soccer on a hard court with a smaller, heavier ball. Every player touches the ball constantly and has to decide fast. Our practices are built around real game situations instead of lines and lectures, so kids get more touches, more decisions and more chances to lead. That’s what Play More means.
